There is one (1) off-street parking space available in the driveway. The driveway is located to the right of the property and there is a labeled space at the end for your unit.

Each of our vacation units is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry and accepts for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guest’s stay will be supplied the day before your check-in. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, our team would be happy to assist.



Guests can enjoy full access to the unit and all its amenities.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the heart of Charleston’s Cannonborough-Elliotborough neighborhood, the home sits in a lively downtown area known for its mix of residential streets, local eateries, coffee stores, and proximity to King Street. The neighborhood is highly walkable, with many of Charleston’s trendy dining, shopping, and nightlife options just a short distance away. Because of its central location near busy entertainment areas, guests can expect an active energetic environment, especially during evenings and weekends.

Other Things to Note:

✹ IMPORTANT: There is ongoing city and corporate construction close by. This is an external project not associated with Curated Vacation Properties. While it’s outside our control, we want guests to be aware that there may be some noise or activity in the area due to its close proximity to the home.



✹ Animals are NOT Accepted. As much as we adore furry companions, family pets are not allowed at this property. We enjoy your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home, we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee.



✹ This is a 100% smoke-complimentary property:

Smoking is stringently prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.



✹ Noise Notice:

This home is located next to the city's most fashionable nightlife scenes; live music can be expected late into the evening.



✹ Please be advised that:

A local noise ordinance is in effect from roughly 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM, with stricter enforcement during nighttime hours.

Guests must be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum during these hours, both indoors and outdoors.

We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are typical of a shared residential area and coastal community setting.

By booking, you acknowledge and accept this island setting and the potential for ambient and neighborhood-related noise, including from adjacent or close by units.

✹ Refunds will not be issued for concerns reported after checkout or when resolution efforts are declined.



✹ We do not control neighboring properties and cannot offer refunds due to dissatisfaction with external factors.



✹ We do not provide refunds for utility outages or service interruptions that are outside of our control.



✹ If damage or excessive cleaning is required after checkout, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee equivalent to a full cleaning.



✹ Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for cars parked outside the designated parking areas.



✹ Please note that we will not make exceptions to the cancellation policy associated with your reservation.



✹ Hurricane Policy / Extenuating Circumstances:

In the event that a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued for our county by the Governor of South Carolina during your stay, we will provide a full refund of all payments made.

If no such order is issued, our standard cancellation policy remains in effect, even if weather elsewhere impacts your travel plans.

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during hurricane season, for added tranquility of mind.
