The Space:

This two-story beauty features a Queen bedroom on the first floor with a walk-in closet and adjoining bath. The second floor offers a light-filled Main bedroom with a Intelligent TV, balcony, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom. Another Queen bedroom with ensuite anchors the other end of the second floor. The living area is flexible, with a sofabed and Intelligent TV, flowing into a sleek kitchen with high-end finishes such as bespoke cabinetry, gas stove, and quartz countertops. Washer/dryer is located on the first floor.



Private parking, and a sitting garden complete the allure. Wando House is half a block off of King Street.

- Per the official City of Charleston Short Term Rental ordinance, the property must NOT be occupied by "more than four (4) unrelated people". This does NOT apply to families.



- Couch bed available upon request. It is not supplied in the official bed count and is not advertised as a sleeping area. If you plan to use it during your stay, please let us know in advance so we can provide the necessary linens

Each of our vacation units is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and accepts for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guests’ stay will be supplied the day prior to your check-in. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, our team would be happy to assist.

The home is mins. to the very fashionable Upper King Street district where you will find a multitude of great stores, bookstores, and fashion stores - as well as spectacular eateries!

FAMILY FAMILY PETS - As much as we appreciate the four-legged members of your family, we do not allow family pets at this property.



SMOKING - No smoking is allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is only allowed outside of the property at least 10 feet away please.



CLEANING - Cleaning services are available during your stay for an additional fee.



LUGGAGE DROP-OFF - For guests with early arrival or late departure flights, suitcases dropoff is allowed upon request for complimentary.



PETS - As much as we adore the four-legged members of your family, we do not allow pets at this property.

IMPORTANT NOTE ON POTENTIAL FOR NOISE: Please note that there is a noise ordinance in this neighborhood from 10pm to 8am daily, so if you are appreciating yourself please stay inside and be considerate of the neighbors. Our location offers the vibrant energy of a lively urban setting, with striking dining, entertainment, and music venues close by, including those on King Street, just a block away. While we comply with the city's noise ordinance and cannot control external noise, we advise guests that street noises and typical urban sounds are to be expected. We do not provide discounts or refunds for noise-related complaints. By renting this unit, you acknowledge and accept the potential for noise as described.





EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES HURRICANE POLICY: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor during the dates of your stay specifically for the county in which the property is located, the extenuating circumstances policy will be in effect, and we will refund any deposits or payments paid by the guest. We shall have no additional liability concerning the reservation. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued, then THE STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT SHOULD THE GUEST CHOOSE TO CANCEL THEIR RESERVATION. If inclement weather in any other part of the country or world during the dates of stay prohibits or alters the guest (or any individuals in the guest's group) from traveling to the property, a refund will not be issued, and we shall have no liability with respect to the reservation. During months when there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly recommend guests purchase travel insurance.
