While you’ll appreciate the convenience of being so close to the action, please note there may be occasional city noise, especially during weekends. The Space:

This two-story beauty features a Queen bedroom on the first floor with a walk-in closet and adjoining bath. The second floor offers a light-filled Main bedroom with a Intelligent TV, balcony, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom. Another Queen bedroom with ensuite anchors the other end of the second floor. The living area is flexible, with a sofabed and Intelligent TV, flowing into a sleek kitchen with high-end finishes such as bespoke cabinetry, gas stove, and quartz countertops. Washer/dryer is located on the first floor.



Private parking, and a sitting garden complete the allure. Wando House is half a block off of King Street.

- Per the official City of Charleston Short Term Rental ordinance, the property must NOT be occupied by "more than four (4) unrelated people". This does NOT apply to families.



- Couch bed available upon request. It is not supplied in the official bed count and is not advertised as a sleeping area. If you plan to use it during your stay, please let us know in advance so we can provide the necessary linens



This rental is entirely legal and licensed with the City of Charleston: STR Permit OP2025-06184 and Business License BL025287-07-2021



Guest Access:

Each of our vacation units is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and accepts for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guests’ stay will be included the day prior to your check-in. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, our team would be happy to assist.

The home is located in the heart of the beautiful and trendy Cannonborough-Elliotborough district of Downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, comfortable eateries, and tree-lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston's classic appeal. This home is ideal for a family or group seeking a fun and calming vacation. The home is mins. to the very fashionable Upper King Street district where you will find a multitude of great stores, bookstores, and fashion stores - as well as striking eateries!

You can walk anywhere and everywhere in Charleston, but just in case, here is a list of the top transportation services:

Please Note: There is ongoing city and corporate construction close by. This is an external project not associated with Curated Vacation Properties. While it’s outside our control, we want guests to be aware that there may be some noise or activity in the area due to its close proximity to the home.



???? Family Animals are NOT Accepted:

As much as we adore furry companions, family pets are not allowed at this property. We savor your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee.



???? This is a 100% smoke-complimentary property.

Smoking is stringently prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.



???? Luggage Drop-Off:

We are pleased to offer our guests convenient suitcases storage through our partnership with Charleston Bag Valet, a trusted local provider. This service accepts you to securely drop off your bags before check-in or after check-out, so you can discover and appreciate your time in Charleston without the inconvenience of carrying your bags. Please note that additional costs apply for this service.



????️ Noise Notice:

Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Street’s dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that:

⭐️ A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

⭐️ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours.

⭐️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.

⭐️ By booking, you acknowledge and accept this city setting and the potential for ambient noise.



????‍???? To help us ensure a great stay, guests must allow us the chance to address any issues during their visit.

Refunds will not be issued for concerns reported after checkout or when resolution efforts are declined.



???? We do not control neighboring properties and cannot offer refunds due to dissatisfaction with external factors.



???? We do not provide refunds for utility outages or service interruptions that are outside of our control.



❄️ Charleston homes are constructed for a subtropical climate, and since many are older, severe cold snaps may affect both water temperature and indoor heating.



???? If damage or excessive cleaning is required after checkout, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee equivalent to a full cleaning.



???? Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for cars parked outside the designated parking areas.

???? Hurricane Policy / Extenuating Circumstances:

⭐️ In the event that a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued for our county by the Governor of South Carolina during your stay, we will provide a full refund of all payments made.

⭐️ If no such order is issued, our standard cancellation policy remains in effect, even if weather elsewhere impacts your travel plans.

⭐️ We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during hurricane season, for added tranquility of mind.
