Welcome to Wando House! Our chic 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom haven is in the heart of downtown Charleston and is just steps to the Bars and Eateries on Kings Street! This beautiful home is ideal for groups looking to experience the best of Charleston's vibrant nightlife, with trendy bars, eateries, and entertainment just steps away! While you’ll appreciate the convenience of being so close to the action, please note there may be occasional city noise, especially during weekends. Appreciate a memorable stay in Charleston, surrounded by the energy of downtown!



The Space:

This two-story beauty features a Queen bedroom on the first floor with a walk-in closet and adjoining bath. The second floor offers a light-filled Main bedroom with a Intelligent TV, balcony, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom. Another Queen bedroom with ensuite anchors the other end of the second floor. The living area is flexible, with a sofabed and Intelligent TV, flowing into a sleek kitchen with high-end finishes such as bespoke cabinetry, gas stove, and quartz countertops. Washer/dryer is located on the first floor.



Private parking, and a sitting garden complete the allure. Wando House is half a block off of King Street.

Each of our vacation units is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and accepts for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guests’ stay will be included the day prior to your check-in. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, our team would be happy to assist.

The home is located in the heart of the striking and trendy Cannonborough-Elliotborough district of Downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, comfortable eateries, and tree-lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston's classic appeal. This home is ideal for a family or group seeking a fun and calming vacation. The home is mins. to the very trendy Upper King Street district where you will find a multitude of great stores, bookstores, and fashion stores - as well as striking eateries!

You can walk anywhere and everywhere in Charleston, but just in case, here is a list of the top transportation services:



The DASH trolley is complimentary in Charleston. There are 3 routes, and two of the routes have stops just blocks from this property. More information can be found with the route map on the DASH website.

Please Note: There is ongoing city and corporate construction close by. This is an external project not associated with Curated Vacation Properties. While it’s outside our control, we want guests to be aware that there may be some noise or activity in the area due to its close proximity to the home.

As much as we appreciate furry companions, family pets are not allowed at this property. We savor your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee.



???? This is a 100% smoke-complimentary property.

Smoking is stringently prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.



???? Luggage Drop-Off:

We are pleased to offer our guests convenient bags storage through our partnership with Charleston Bag Valet, a trusted local provider. This service accepts you to securely drop off your suitcases before check-in or after check-out, so you can discover and appreciate your time in Charleston without the inconvenience of carrying your bags. Please note that additional costs apply for this service.



????️ Noise Notice:

Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Street’s dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that:

⭐️ A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

⭐️ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours.

⭐️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.

⭐️ By booking, you acknowledge and accept this city setting and the potential for ambient noise.

Refunds will not be issued for concerns reported after checkout or when resolution efforts are declined.

⭐️ In the event that a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued for our county by the Governor of South Carolina during your stay, we will provide a full refund of all payments made.

⭐️ If no such order is issued, our standard cancellation policy remains in effect, even if weather elsewhere impacts your travel plans.

⭐️ We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during hurricane season, for added tranquility of mind.
