The backyard is ideal for picnics, where you can use the gas grille for BBQ events and appreciate the handsome view of the creek. It has picnic tables and chairs surrounded by giant oak trees. Besides the long list of convenient amenities and a roomy layout, you will enjoy the proximity to the beach. You can comfortably reach the beach located within two blocks from the home. Find plenty of eateries, cafes, stores, and much more in this happening area as well so you can enjoy convenience in every way.

Make the most of your vacation experience in a calming ambiance. Come home to a huge living room with features like wood floor, giant windows, and high ceilings. Savor the cool ocean breeze while admiring spectacular vistas of the sunset from the windows.
