This elegant, waterfront beach home is under new management as of 2022! This is a classic style, 4 bedroom 2 bath home located on Hamlin Creek with a private deep water dock! The location of this property is photogenic and ideal for anyone who enjoys fishing, boating, charming sunsets, and a calming time with friends & family! Not to mention it is only 2 blocks to the beach access and the front beach area of Isle of Palms where you can appreciate all the magnificent eateries, shopping, Ben & Jerry's ice cream, and more! It's an simple walk, bicycle ride, or golf cart ride to the front beach area! The 9th Avenue beach path is also one of the few handicap accessible paths. Bring your boat and/or all of your fishing & swimming gear - prepare to relax and savor some casual beach and waterfront living!

The backyard sets up a great place for the kids to play, while adults relax around the firepit in the adirondack chairs appreciating a drink and the water view! The picnic table also provides a space for a fast bite underneath the enchanting oak trees. The private dock is really something special to have where many memories can be made fishing, going on boat rides, or even just jumping into the water of the Intracoastal Waterway! Who can make the biggest splash?!

Upstairs: Totally-equipped Kitchen, Generous living room with a Intelligent TV & great vistas, Bedroom with King and TV, Bedroom with Queen and TV, and 1 full hall bath. The dining area comfortably seats 8 with 2 additional bar seats. Off the front of the home near the kitchen is a deck with additional seating and a gas grille! There is also a separate smaller table in the corner of the living room which is a ideal place to play card games or set up a modest space to work with a laptop.
Downstairs: Modest kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave. This room also has the washer & dryer. There is another huge living room with TV, a Bedroom with 2 double beds, a bedroom with Queen bed, and a full hall bath located on this lower entry level. Having two separate living rooms provides a great set-up for guests to spread out!

This home is stringently non-smoking and not pet friendly. The occupancy limit of 10 people and 4 cars max will be enforced. Please also note that the fireplace is not a working fireplace.
