The Space: Our cavernous 3rd floor condo, ‘The Marquee Suite B’, is ideal for groups of 6 with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths. Located directly on famed and historic King Street, location and parking won't be an issue here!

Accessed by it own entrance/exit, and up (exterior) stairs, The Marquee Suite B features an open floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together or savor a meal. Living room with high vaulted ceilings, handsome exposed wood beams and original brick walls features seating and a sleeper couch. Master Suite features a plush King Size bed with opulent linens and complete with a full ensuite bath. The two guest bedrooms are located up the stairs on the main level (3rd floor in building), with a full bathroom just off of the main living room and bedroom hall. Each of these bedrooms with its own flat screen TV and Queen sized bed. Our living room features a pullout couch. Please inquire with the team if you would like for us to drop off a second set of linens for the sleeper couch. A conveniently equipped kitchenette with basic kitchenware is also located on this main level.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests will have exclusive access to the third floor of the building. Easily accessible and well lit for your safety.

You can pull your car off the street and into a parking spot behind the building, which makes packing and unpacking a breeze.

Other Notes: *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking. 

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a close by convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.
