The Space: Our roomy ground floor condo, ‘Casa Fuego Suite A’, is ideal for groups of 3-5 guests with 2 bedrooms, and 1 full bath. 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and a pull-out couch. Located just off Spring Street, location and parking won't be an issue here!

Accessed by its own entrance/exit, (5 stairs) Suite A features a floor plan that accommodates both modest dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together or savor a meal. Bar top table with two seats and comfortable living room with flatscreen Roku TV. Both bedrooms are located on the ground level, with 1 full bathroom off of the main living room and bedroom hall. Each of these bedrooms with its own flatscreen Roku-powered TV and King or Queen sized bed. Our team provides basic login credentials for intelligent TVs, so feel complimentary to use your own during your stay. Totally equipped kitchen with basic cooking/kitchenware.

There is currently some construction being done 2 doors down that may cause noise during your stay.

Guests will have exclusive access to the 1st floor of the building. Easily accessible and well-lit for your safety.

You can pull your car off the street and into a driveway/parking lot, which makes packing and unpacking a breeze.

Other Notes: *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking. 

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a close by convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

*Crib and high chair available through a third event as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third event*

*Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County
