Upon arrival, you can access the unit via a personal entry code on the electronic keypad, on your private entrance door. The opulent staircase beckons, guiding you to the second floor which is home to 4 of the 5 bedrooms at The Soiree each with its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests. Three of the bedrooms feature king-size beds and one features a queen-size bunkbed.

Wandering up to the third floor will lead you to the broad open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area, ideal for unwinding and socializing with your group. The living room's glass doors seamlessly connect to a balcony overlooking Cannon Street, providing a invigorating escape and a glimpse into the bustling downtown scene. The third floor also features a bedroom with another king-sized bed, with access to the balcony, offering up a spot to appreciate your morning coffee.

For those who prefer to venture off the peninsula, The Soiree offers complimentary parking, conveniently located just two blocks away on Line Street. Your hosts at Charleston Vacays are happy to arrange a ride from your car to The Soiree between 10AM and 5PM. Please note there is no on-site parking at the property.

If you'd prefer to park closer, street parking passes are available for purchase, but parking is not guaranteed—it's first come, first served.

If you choose street parking, please read all street signs carefully, especially for street sweeping days. The city may tow cars that are parked illegally, and Charleston Vacays is not responsible for any fines or towing.

This unit is accessible by stairs ONLY. There is no elevator. The main floor is up a sizable staircase (pictured in the listing.)

PLEASE UNDERSTAND: The hot tub is routinely serviced on the FIRST THURSDAY of every month. Charleston Vacays' team services it on every checkout otherwise. If your reservation contains the first Thursday of the month, our technician will need access into your unit. Guests are not required to be present, however, please understand that this is NOT an optional service. Our technician will enter the property whether guests are there or not in order to keep our hot tub in working condition. Additional service can potentially be scheduled upon request but is not guaranteed.

Events are not allowed at this property. The total amount of guests can never exceed 12 at any time. Prior approval is needed for any third event vendor experiences such as private chefs. Hibachi is not allowed at this property even if it is conducted outdoors.
