The Space:
Brand new for 2022, this historic antebellum home has been transformed into "The Palms" - a luxury Boho Chic getaway that features a striking courtyard for outdoor gathering. Imagine calming underneath palm trees in your own private getaway in the center of the city - all just one block to King St!

This 3000 sq. ft home includes 3 separate Suites - ideal for a sizable group!

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property - all 3 Suites - and private use of all outdoor spaces.

Off-site parking for 3 cars is complimentary and included at a close by parking lot located on the same block as The Palms.

The Neighborhood:
This home is in the most vibrant and walkable area in Charleston. It is one block from King Street, where the city's most famed eateries are just a step away. Nightlife begins literally around the corner. Convenient to all tourist attractions. This home is tucked away with a private entrance and courtyard in an extremely safe area.

Getting Around:
Easily walk to the eateries, nightlife, and shopping of Upper King St and the surrounding neighborhoods.

Uber or Lyft around town or to the airport.

DASH is a complimentary shuttle service that accepts riders to discover the peninsula. Two of the routes have stops just around the corner. Visit the DASH for a route map and more information.

Other Things to Note:
- This is not an event space. No events or events are allowed on the premises.

- This home has two Suites which are located on the 2nd and 3rd stories - stairs required.

- There are excessive noise monitors on the property - please respect the 11pm city mandated noise curfew.

- For security purposes only, there are two outdoor cameras that monitor the patio and brick alley.

- Parking is located off site but on the same block as The Palms. Three complimentary parking spaces are supplied and marked for your use.
