Inside, you'll find a welcoming and efficient space: one cozy bedroom, constructed-in hallway bunk beds for additional guests, and a couch bed in the living area — ideal for a couple, a modest family, or a few friends. The entirely equipped kitchen makes it simple to whip up morning coffee or a casual dinner, and the living area opens to a balcony where you can sip your coffee as the sun rises over the ocean.

From your front-row perch at the beach, you can walk to close by casual eateries, little stores, or bicycle around the island. After a day in the sun, return to the shared pool or fire up a grille for a cookout, then settle in with Wi-Fi and cable for a calming evening.

216A mixes the casual appeal of a beach bungalow with the convenience of modern amenities — a simple, relaxing coastal getaway just steps from the sand.

The City of Isle of Palms freshly announced that they will be conducting a beach renourishment project designed to restore and protect the island's shoreline. The work is planned for July - November 2026, specifically this area September - November. During your summer vacation, you may see construction equipment, pipelines, or temporary work zones on portions of the beach. Work areas will move throughout the project, and beach access may be adjusted in localized sections while construction is underway.
