**Seascape Renovation Project:**

The Seascape complex is currently being refreshed and there is active construction onsite. The renovations are tentatively expected to be finished by July 1st, 2024. Please note, because of the construction, rental prices have been substantially reduced in this unit and others on the northeast side of the complex. Currently, work begins at 730am and runs until dusk, every day but Sunday. Parking is limited but there is overflow parking across the street at the Links golf course. If you have any questions about the extent of the construction please give our local office a call at 843-886-5586!

A calming day at the beach or a day of watersports will be the biggest lures for those visiting Isle of Palms.

Home Truths:
- Unfortunately, family pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Beach chairs/toys are not supplied at this property, please reach out to AvantStay to rent beach chairs/umbrellas.
- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- The pool is not heated.
- Due to the construction, the entrance to the building may be challenging to spot, but it is located to the left of the scaffolding.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.

Parking Details:
- There are 2 parking spaces for this rental. Parking in Seascape is on a first come first serve basis.
- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Please reach out to us before your stay for complete instructions on how to get them.
- Overflow parking is located at the Links golf course across the street.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-returnable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your event up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-complimentary property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and peaceful hours (9pm-8am) are stringently enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be supplied for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or events are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized events or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and costs.

Booking your rental home six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation home.
