The area also closes off for privacy from the living room, giving you the benefit of having an additional room-like area!
As you make your way into the completely equipped and updated kitchen, will be pleasantly surprised at the cavernous, bright living area with wall to wall glass doors opening up to a private balcony., accepting you to make your own family dinners, or snacks to take along while exploring the isle. Additional perks include use of a regular coffee maker as well as a Keurig! A cozy breakfast bar offers up three seats, while the living area is furnished with two plush couches and a coffee table and accepting you to savor a cozy movie nighttime or put! The property also has complimentary Wi-Fi, accepting you to stay connected on your various devices.
Wether you choose to have your coffee in the morning on the balcony, or perhaps appreciate a drink at sunset, it does not get much better than this where you get the vistas of the ocean and hear the sound of the waves. The living room is furnished with a huge streaming TV and the bedroom has a modest personal TV.

Tricks and tips for getting the perfect Charleston area vacation home experience:
Find your perfect rental home:
- Summer months are high season in the Charleston area area. To find the best value, consider shifting your vacation to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and even October offer great temperatures, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months.
- In the Charleston area area, The sooner your group can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The best rental properties are booked very early. Reserving your vacation rental up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.
- Hosts sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special discounts are available for your family.
- Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer guests an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.
- Find a copy of your local Charleston area area magazine when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental property doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great information, travel guide magazines have offers and deals for local shops and restaurants.
Filter your search:
- Begin by choosing vacation dates and a spending budget.
- Decide how many bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your family requires. Comfort @ the Beach, Oceanfront Condo! Community Pool & 1000ft Fishing Pier! has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is regularly accessible on booking websites. Otherwise, email or call the property owner before you book your rental. Remember that most listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which typically includes pull-out couches and bunk beds.
- Looking for special amenities? Most rental search websites include amenity lists and search filters.
- Proper accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for the less-mobile. Remember to confirm all necessary amenities are included before booking
- If your group is vacationing with pets, you must book a pet-friendly vacation rental. Ask for specifics on breed, size, and type restrictions. Be aware that some property owners require additional pet deposits and fees.
During your stay:
- Add the property manager's phone number to your smartphone. Print and take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
- Make a record of any damages to the property at check in, and immediately contact the property manager. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be helpful if a dispute is filed.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a hot tub, elevator or thermostat. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief text message can prevent lots of problems.
- Respect the neighborhood. Frequently, surrounding homes are occupied by local residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking regulations can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can often help. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
- Keep the property locked while you are gone! Don't let burglars ruin your vacation.
- Re-check every room of the rental property to make sure that you've packed all personal items at check-out. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Walk through the property one final time and scan for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
- After your trip, leave feedback! Property owners rely on good ratings to stimulate future bookings. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationers will appreciate that you share your experience find their best rental home. Please be fair with your feedback If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to fix it.
