This calming hideaway blends coastal appeal with all the modern amenities, making it the ideal spot for families, couples, or anyone looking to relax by the beach.

Living Area:
Unwind in the cavernous, gorgeously decorated living room, where enormous windows provide striking vistas of the ocean. The living area connects seamlessly to a private balcony, where you can savor a relaxing morning sunrise or appreciate the ocean breeze as the day winds down.

Kitchen:
The updated kitchen is completely equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, and a microwave, ensuring a hassle-complimentary cooking experience. The classy layout and design make it simple to prepare meals or entertain guests.

Bedrooms:

Primary Bedroom: This roomy room features a king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom for added privacy and convenience.

Secondary Bedroom: A comfortable queen bed, along with its own en-suite bathroom.

Twin Bedroom: This room is furnished with two twin beds. The en-suite bathroom is shared with the hallway. The en-suite bathroom is a shower/tub combo.

Bathrooms:
All three bathrooms have been updated with modern finishes. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. The twin room shares a bathroom with the hallway. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries are included for your convenience.

Outdoor Space:
Step out onto the spacious private balcony and breathe in the ocean breeze while appreciating the gorgeous ocean vistas. The condo is appealingly located near the community pool and beach access, making it painless to enjoy both the pool and the beach at your leisure.

Our helpful staff is available from Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, to assist with any requests during your stay. In case of emergency after hours, an on-call manager is available to assist you.

The Seascape Villas beach access is currently closed for guest use. Due to ongoing beach renourishment, Seascape Villas guests should use the access path at Summer Dunes Lane. To reach this path, turn left from the entrance of Seascape onto Palmetto Drive. Summer Dunes Lane is 0.1 miles down on the left. During high tide, areas of the beach may not be accessible due to natural coastal conditions. Please avoid walking on the dunes or any sandbags. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee specific beach conditions during your stay, and relocations or refunds will not be available.

Beach Renourishment Project Planned for Summer 2026
As you prepare for your stay, please be aware that the City of Isle of Palms is planning a beach renourishment project beginning late June 2026 near the north end of Wild Dunes. This important project is intended to help preserve and protect the beach shoreline.
During active work, guests may encounter temporary beach access limitations, equipment, or pipeline sections along portions of the beach. Because the project schedule and work areas may change, specific dates and locations are not yet known. We will continue to share updates as more information becomes available.
