The Seascape Villas beach access is currently closed for guest use. Due to ongoing beach renourishment, Seascape Villas guests should use the access path at Summer Dunes Lane. To reach this path, turn left from the entrance of Seascape onto Palmetto Drive. Summer Dunes Lane is 0.1 miles down on the left. During high tide, areas of the beach may not be accessible due to natural coastal conditions. Please avoid walking on the dunes or any sandbags. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee specific beach conditions during your stay, and relocations or refunds will not be available.
About the Area
Located in Isle of Palms, this condo is on the beach. Patriots Point and USS Yorktown are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Wild Dunes Resort Golf Course and Port of Charleston. Check out an event or a game at Credit One Stadium, and consider making time for South Carolina Aquarium, a top attraction not to be missed.
