Featuring two bedrooms with two full baths, this condominium is prefect for two couples (with a King and Full Bed) or a modest family. The view is really impressive with direct vistas over the Atlantic; ideal for capturing the sunrise over the Carolina coast! The oceanfront deck is cavernous and features vistas of the private swimming pool, exclusive to guests of Seascape.

The interior of 117 Seascape was nearly completely refreshed by a professional interior design artist. Here is a fast summary of the many recent accomplishments at this striking home:

The master bedroom features a King bed with direct access to the oceanfront deck. A full bed is offered in the roomy guest bedroom making this area ideal for a second couple. In addition to the full bed, the guest bedroom features a twin bed, making it the ideal modest family destination as well. Each bedroom features a private full bath.

Seascape has just finished an broad two year restoration project of the exterior of the complex. This design included a metal roofing system, beautiful new stucco work, improved elevators, handsome landscaping and walkways, and more.

Located on the north-east end of the Isle of Palms, 117 Seascape is a short walk from many of the amenities of the Wild Dunes Community. This includes two golf courses, a day-spa, a playground, and multiple eateries. The Links Golf Course Pro Shop is a short five par away! The Isle of Palms Marina is a five-min. drive from Seascape. There is so much to do at the Marina! You can rent a wave runner, paddle board at Kayak Adventures or take an Eco Tour of the tidal marsh and uninhabited islands North of Isle of Palms. Sign up for a fishing charter or rent a boat before checking out the well-outfitted Marina Store.

**Note:**
Due to the ongoing beach renourishment, the Seascape beach access is currently closed for guest safety. There is an access path at Summer Dunes Lane—turn left from the Seascape entrance onto Palmetto Drive and Summer Dunes Lane is .1 miles down on the left. We are eagerly awaiting an update on when the beach access will reopen. Please give our local office a call if you have any questions!

*Home Truths:*
- City Ordinances prohibit home events, weddings, or receptions to take place at a licensed vacation rental property. If a home event, wedding, or reception takes place in a licensed vacation rental property, all guests will be required to immediately vacate.
- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not supplied at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- The Seascape pool is open seasonally between April 1 - Oct 31 and is not heated.
- The pool deck is open in the off season.
- Golf carts/LSVs are not allowed at this complex.
- Unfortunately, family pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorbikes are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Seascape pool, and to the cafes and eateries at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or close by beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-complimentary environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.

*Parking Details:*
- There are two parking spots available.
- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

This is a smoke-complimentary property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and peaceful hours (9pm-8am) are stringently enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be supplied for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or events are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized events or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and costs.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
