Ideal couples or modest family getaway! Freshly modernized condo in central location on Isle of Palms. 204A Oceanside provides painless access to the Island's main strip including a variety of eateries, live music, local stores, and the county park. Just a short walk to the beach and private fishing pier. Unwind and swim at the community pool. Parlor with a cool drink on your private second floor balcony.

The property has just been freshly refreshed with all new furnishings and entirely updated bathrooms. Well outfitted kitchen and a space for dining. The primary bedroom has a King bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has 1 full and 1 queen. Additional bathroom is located in the hallway. Both bedrooms have TVs.

Oceanside Villas are the closest complex to the IOP connector, which accepts for simple on and off access from Isle of Palms. Only a fast 5 min. drive to Mount Pleasant or 20 mins. to Downtown Charleston. These close by locations offer great eateries, shopping, golf courses, historic sites, and more!

BR 1: 1 King; BR 2: 1 Queen, 1 Full

No smoking. There is no washer/dryer in the unit. If necessary a laundromat is right around the corner. Free off street parking with max of 2 parking passes supplied. HOA prohibit family pets. No elevator. Monthly Units available Jan - Mar. Must be 25 years or older to rent. On-call 24/7 for maintenance emergencies.
