Condominium in central location on Isle of Palms, South Carolina. This unit 204A Oceanside is in great location with painless access to the Island's main strip including great eateries, live music, local stores, and the county park. Just a short walk to the beach access and private fishing pier.

The property has just been newly refreshed with new furnishings in the living room and updated bathrooms. Includes a well outfitted kitchen and a space for dining. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and private bathroom. The guest bedroom has 1 full and 1 queen. Additional bathroom is located in the hallway. Both bedrooms have TVs. Unwind on the private second floor balcony!

Oceanside Villas are the closest complex to the IOP connector, which accepts for simple on and off access from Isle of Palms. Only a fast 5 min. drive from Mount Pleasant where you will find even more eateries, shopping, etc. Downtown Charleston is just a 20 min. drive.

Please note: No smoking. There is no washer/dryer in the unit. If necessary a laundromat is right around the corner. Free off street parking with max of 2 parking passes supplied. HOA prohibit family pets. No elevator. Must be 25 years or older to rent.

About the Area

Located in Isle of Palms, this condo is near the beach. Fort Sumter and USS Yorktown are notable landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Wild Dunes Resort Golf Course and Port of Charleston Cruise Terminal. Patriots Point and South Carolina Aquarium are not to be missed. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
