You're going to fall in adore with this centrally located and impressive home the moment you step inside! The main living space is open and cavernous, with tons of natural light streaming in through enormous windows and elegant floors. The handsome brickwork and wall art help to provide the home with a modern and welcoming ambiance and the burnished floors sparkle under pretty pendant lamps suspended from the ceiling. Head up the spiral staircase to find two bedrooms. Watch a good movie or show on the TV then put on a good pair of walking shoes and head out to discover all the sights and sounds of the bustling Charleston nightlife!

You'll be within walking distance of multiple terrific art galleries such as Sanavandi Gallery, Tom Potocki Fine Arts, and Grandiose Bohemian Gallery. You'll also have tons of fun bars and pubs close by like Uptown Social, Felix Cocktails et Cuisine, and King Street Public House anytime you want to kick back with friends. The bars on King Street are known for their fun atmosphere, delicious food and tasty drinks in a pretty, historic location. Please be aware noise levels may be elevated in the evenings.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).   • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer renters an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for specifics.

  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disagreeable visitors bothering your life at home. Use the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great local food and places you would have not otherwise known!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can frequently help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to take kids for a treat, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • On check-out day, take a final walk-through to make sure you didn't forget any personal items. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, remember to take pictures of the property to record its condition.
