Sunset classes offered weekly starting May 2024- September 2024. Schedule will update weekly to adjust with weather/ availability. Each class is donation based, and payment will be accepted as cash or venmo at the time of class. This location on Folly Beach allows you to watch the sun set below the Folly River as you practice!

All classes are offered outdoors and last one hour. You can expect Vinyasa sequencing that brings you closer to a moving meditation and ends in Pranayama (breath work). All levels welcome.
