Booking Notes

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

We use 2pm as a default time to give us adequate time to accommodate every customer.

All three day and weekly golf cart reservations will be delivered no later than 2 pm and return time is always at 8am at the end of your reservation.

Any remaining balance will be charged automatically to the card on file upon delivery of items. If you would like to pay your balance in cash or with another form of payment please call the office to make arrangements before your delivery time.

Arrival: Your golf cart will be delivered before 2 pm to your vacation rental. There is no need to visit our office for pickup. If you need cart to be delivered earlier please call or specify in your booking notes

Departure: please have your golf cart rinsed off clean, charging and available for pickup no later than 8am . Leave your key in the ignition. You do not need to return your cart to our office. Failure to complete departure procedure will result in $40 service fee.

You must be 21 years of age to rent and operate a golf cart.

Golf carts have an expected run life on 20-30 miles on a full charge depending on speed and weight. Carts must be charged after each use to maintain maximum battery life.

When booking a golf cart needing to be delivered to Palmetto Blvd. or the Wyndham resort please be aware that some houses may be inaccessible and may conflict with state laws, please click the link below to see a list of these houses.

Damages to golf carts as a result of careless operation will be assessed and charged accordingly without notice. Please call the office or emergency number for roadside assistance 843-408-9940

NOTE: As of April 1, 2022 we will no longer service any addresses off of Edisto Beach, including Jeremy Cay and surrounding areas.

NOTE: As of April 1, 2023 We do not deliver to any units inside Wyndam Ocean Ridge as golf carts are not permitted inside the main entrance. If you are staying inside the main gate you will not have access to storage or parking of golf carts. Wyndham units that are golf cart friendly include Bay Point, Marsh Point, The Villages and Beach Walk. Please be aware of this Wyndham policy. Please do not use 203 Sea Cloud Circle as any booking address as this is the customer service location.

NOTE: As of March 28, 2023 Electric golf carts are not allowed to be stored at the Retreat on 126 Jungle Rd per their HOA

Edisto Beach Golf Cart Rules:
- must have valid drivers license to operate.
- may not drive on hwy 174 or take outside of Edisto Beach town limits
- may not drive on Palmetto Blvd except to cross to beach accesses.
- may not operate after sunset hours.
- open container laws apply
- must park in parking space
- all rules of the road apply

Citations are full responsibility of renter.

Failure to follow the Edisto Beach golf cart laws or Edisto Bike Rental policies will result in re-possession of the golf cart without refund. By completion of your booking you agree to waive any liability claims against Edisto Bike Rentals and its employees.
