Assessment and repairs can take up to 1 week to complete. Depending on current workflow and if we need to order parts for your repair, it may be sooner. If you need your bike back by a particular date, please call ahead to check our current turnaround times.
Drop Off
Repairs will not be dropped off on the weekend
If you wish to pick your bike up once it is ready, please let us know. We'll adjust your payment accordingly.
Full payment will be charged to your booking card prior to drop off.

Bicycle pick-ups and drop-offs are only available in downtown Charleston including zip codes 29401 and 29403.
Pick-ups and drop-offs are scheduled over 2-hour windows. A driver from BildaBike will reach out 15 minutes before pickup and drop off.
The $25 pick-up and drop-off fee is non refundable.
