Almost all brands of bikes and e-bikes accepted for mechanical repair. At this time, we only repair electrical systems for the brands that we sell.
Schedule your bike for drop off. While we strive to turn bikes around quickly, we ask for a ONE WEEK turn around. While we often beat that timeline, there may be bikes in the queue before your bike or more extensive repairs needed.
We will keep you informed so you know what to expect including getting your consent before installing any parts that you will be financially responsible for (new brake pads, new tire, etc.).

Pedego Electric Bikes Greenville continues to follow health and safety recommendations including recommending staff and customers use masks when appropriate, asking staff and guests to physically distance themselves, and disinfecting the store often. In addition, we disinfect all bikes, helmets and rental equipment after each use, so it is fresh for the next rider.
