About
It’s your boat, no other passengers! You can prepare your food and drink below, in the galley. Play your music on the ship’s system, take the helm, trim the sails, or just lay in the sun looking for dolphins! Cruise down the Folly River by green sea marshes, sea Islands, spectacular views of Atlantic Ocean waves breaking over submerged sandbars. See Nature up close at Bird Cay, along the route to The Stono River and The Great Atlantic Ocean! Dolphins are plentiful and will often ride the bow wave three feet away! If you're lucky, you might even get to see one jump completely and spectacularly out of the water near the boat!
The sailing usually perks up on the Stono River, near the beach on Kiawah Island. From there, we head out to the ocean. Depending on conditions, we will go out a mile or so and return. No one gets seasick! If the wind is fresh, we have some great sailing on this leg of the tour. It is a great thrill to take the helm of a 15,000 lb boat leaning leeward, the wind filling the sails and carrying us silently through the water.

Three & Four Hour Sailing Tours:
In addition to the features above, we have time on the Three Hours tour to sail along the Kiawah Island and Snake Island Coast or, if you choose, to anchor our ship near a beach or sandbar to allow for swimming and exploration. Life jackets are provided and required for swimming. (swimming and exploration options require special equipment not normally carried aboard. Additional preplanning required - no additional costs)

Park in the Sunset Cay Marina Parking lot on the right just before the address, then call us at (704) 806-2088 for directions to the marina house where we will meet. Don't hesitate to call with questions about your tour, restaurants, Folly Beach, etc.
Bring anything you like to eat or drink including alcohol. There is an ice machine ($3/10lb bag) at the marina to ice down your stuff in the galley sink - no need for a cooler or anything else as the boat is well stocked with cups, dishes, silverware, openers, paper towels, bottled water, microwave oven, EVERYTHING! Including a bathroom. The boat has lots of suntan lotion/protection for everyone. Please NO SPRAY TYPE - stains my beautiful boat.
