Eco-adventure tour

Our signature guided on-water eco-adventure experience will take you on an unforgettable Kayak or Stand Up Paddleboard tour through the salt marsh estuaries of Charleston's soutnern sea islands, Kiawah & Seabrook,
searching for sea life, bird life & dolphins of course! Fun & educational for the whole family, we welcome all ages & experience levels. Our ever-changing tidal creeks are home to a thriving and always changing ecosystem, every tour will be unique to its sights. We can guarantee, exploring the creeks & marshes has never been this rewarding and fun. Photo Album of your experience included!

Tour includes:

  • Experienced and Trained Tour Guide (your personal memory maker)
  • All necessary equipment: Kayak or Paddleboard, paddle & PFD
  • Brief "ground school" that includes Kayak and Stand Up Paddleboarding technique and safety training
  • Bottled water to enjoy during our break while we flood you with ecology, salt marsh, and dolphin knowledge
  • Water acrobatics and play time on the boards...what will that look like for you?
  • Photo album of your experience for

Location

The Kiawah River, aka: "Dolphin Highway," launch at the Kiawah Island Bridge, 1/2 mile before entrance to the island. Parking along side of road.


Because we know you were wondering...

  • Swimsuits and beachwear are recommended attire for your tour.
  • For your feet? Wear shoes or durable sandals, as the launch area can be muddy &/or shelly.
  • Stand Up Paddleboarding is best done barefoot, while Kayakers have the option of water shoes.
  • Our "Courtesy Text," will be sent the day before your paddle adventure & will include drop pin location of our launch site, exact meeting time & reminders about your trip.
  • Also, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee dolphins! However, we see them more times than not.

Water Dog Paddle Co. is the stand-up paddleboard specialist for Kiawah, Seabrook & Johns Islands. We offer guided dolphin paddles, custom private paddles, group paddles, rentals & sales.

Our goal is to provide our guests with a positive paddleboarding experience, while enjoying the beauty of the salt marshes, waterways & wildlife in the sea islands of Charleston.

Stand Up Paddleboard Dolphin Paddle - $60.00 + tax
Ages 10 + (Includes: guide, "paddleboard 101" ground school, eco/nature talk, paddle, pfd, leash, bottled water & photo album)

Ride along child (rides on the front of an adult's board) - $49.00 + tax
Ages 3 to 10 years

Kayak - Single - $60.00 + tax

Kayak Dolphin Paddle - Tandem - $120.00 + tax
