Hours of operation:
March-October: Tours start at 9:00 am, rentals start at 8:30 am
November-February: Tours start at 10:00 or 11:00 am, rentals start at 10:30 am
Rentals are required to be off the water 1 hour prior to sunset
Sunset guided tours are scheduled to return as the run sets

Charleston Outdoor Adventures is located on the pristine Folly Creek just minutes from Folly Beach, 7 miles from downtown Charleston and 13 miles from other surrounding Charleston resort destinations. The Folly Creek estuary system winds through the areas barrier Island systems, Folly Beach, Morris Island and historic Long Island. Folly Creek is a wildlife “hot spot”, where one is almost guaranteed to see wild Atlantic bottlenose dolphin. COA's private location offers a quiet, natural setting away from the hustle & bustle of the city & beach. Our outpost has a boat landing, secure private parking, bathroom/changing facilities, & unparalleled views of the surrounding saltmarsh.

Ride 115 - $50.00 + tax
Open top kayak for 1 person who is over 6'3'' and/or 220 lbs
Sit-on-top Tandem Kayak - $100.00 + tax
Open top double kayak for 2 people. This price is for 2 people.
Rate
$50 per adult (13 and up)
$32 for children 12 and under (Tandem kayak only)
$10 for infants under 3 (Tandem kayak only)
Guests can cancel or reschedule outside of 24 hours without penalty. All tours are nonrefundable within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time. There is a 25% upcharge for rescheduling within 24 hours.

This 2 hour family friendly tour offers an educational, interactive marsh experience for the whole family! As you paddle through tidal creeks, your guide will discuss the local wildlife and coastal ecology. Along the way, you will stop to catch and identify wildlife like crabs, shrimp, whelks, minnows, mullet and more. Designed for beginner & youth paddlers, this tour offers a shorter paddle with hands-on activities to engage kayakers of all ages.
