Trip Includes
- Fishing License (All licensing and tackle is included! I have a license that covers everyone on board!)
- Live Bait (Sometimes, catching bait is part of the experience depending on where we’re planning to fish and where the bait has been. If we catch bait with clients on board, that time spent catching bait is NOT counted toward the total time of the charter. )

Charleston Fishing Excursions will take care of your next adventure in Charleston, SC, taking you on an inshore or nearshore trip. Anglers of all skills are welcome to join Captain Brent Welch. He’s experienced with teaching people how to fish or accommodating experienced anglers
Hop aboard Capt. Brent’s 22’ Pathfinder. This bay boat accommodates up to 6 guests and she’s powered by a 200 HP Yamaha engine. She features all necessary navigational and safety equipment. There’s also a cooler with ice where you can stash your food and drinks. Since space on the boat is limited, please don’t bring your cooler.
The inshore trip will take you fishing the waterways of the South Carolina Lowcountry. Your main targets for the day will be Red Drum, Trout, Flounder, Sheepshead, and Black Drum.
Capt. Brent will provide your fishing equipment, lures, live bait, and cover your fishing license. Make sure to bring your snacks, drinks, and sunscreen. Alcoholic beverages are allowed in moderation, as long as they are not in glass bottles. Within regulations, you may keep your catch.
Times of the fishing trips are flexible depending on tides and the time of year.
