Upon choosing Salty Habit Charters, you’ll find yourself fishing on a beautiful 22’ Sportsman Tournament bay boat. It’s equipped with top of the line electronics including GPS, fishfinder, a trolling motor with a spot lock anchor, a shallow water anchor, and speakers. This vessel was made for fishing with several rod holders, 3 live bait wells, a polling platform, and a hydraulic jack plate. The vessel has only a 10’’ draft that allows you to fish in super shallow waters with ease.
The most commonly targeted species include Redfish, Spotted Seatrout, Black Drum, Sheepshead, Flounder, and much more. You’ll use light tackle to catch them and if there are any techniques that you’re unsure of then Captain Justin is always on hand. Being a family man himself, that is incredibly patient with not only children but with novice anglers of all ages!
