Health and Safety Policy
Each tour will have USCG safety gear on board and accessible to guests. We are limited to 6 guests and a weight limit for safety. If we feel a groups total weight will exceed the operational limit of the boat we will cancel your trip and refund your payment. Guests under the influence will be denied boarding and will not receive a refund. Shelling trips require guests to be able to lower themselves 18 inches to the beach from the front deck and return in the same manner. Shoes should be worn while shelling to prevent cuts from shells and other sharp items on shore.
