Health and Safety Policy

Public CV-19 Procedures & Recommendations

1. Social Distancing

2. Social distancing of not less than six feet shall be observed by all visitors

3. Visitors should attempt to ride elevators alone – no more than one person on an elevator whenever possible
   1.3. Visitors should utilize restrooms with no other person present for social distancing purposes

4. Disinfection and Safety

5. Cleaning will take place Three (3) days a week for public spaces. This will include restrooms, public surfaces, and hallways.

6. Signs will be placed on each exterior office door and in each reception area notifying visitors of these policies.
7. No brochures, magazines, or other reading materials are permitted to be left in common areas. All items must be on
   designated racks only.
   -. Resident Artists on site are responsible for disinfecting their personal art studios.

8. Staff will wipe down and disinfect high-touch surfaces between each class

9. Visitor check-in procedures

10. The reception desk will be manned Monday – Friday 9-5 pm. Lobbies or reception areas should be occupied by only one
    visitor at a time unless related.

11. All visitors entering Mayfair Art Studios will check-in at the reception desk,
12. Visitors are only allowed in lobbies. No entry into work areas or private studios.
13. No children shall be allowed in any private art studios

14. Visitors are encouraged to self-check their temperature each day before visiting Mayfair Art Studios

15. Hygiene

16. Wash your hands with soap and water or use hand sanitizer.

17. Avoid touching your face.
18. Sneeze or cough into a tissue, or the inside of your elbow.
    -. Strongly consider using a face covering while in public.

19. If you feel sick, please stay home.

20. Classes

21. Class instructors will be required to wear face masks during all classes and workshops

22. Although not required, it is strongly recommended that students wear masks as well
23. We will disinfect all community tools within the ceramic studio and 2D studio. This includes
    -stools, chairs, slab roller, tools, wheels, etc
24. Instructors are required to wash hands before and after each class
25. All doors to each teaching studio will remain open to eliminate touching door handles
    -. We have sinks and soap in both our Ceramic and 2D studio
26. We have rearranged our Ceramic studio to allow for social distancing
27. Our Ceramic studio classes will only allow 8 students at a time to allow for proper spacing and social distancing

Parents are responsible for making sure their children abide by the rules above.
