This is a 1 hour private class that is tailored to your individual needs. There are many reasons you might want to take a private class.
Solo Class Option: $60 1 hour class. If you are a beginner and want a better understanding of yoga before you head into a group class this is for you! We will work on correct posture in poses, techniques for your specific body, deeper understanding of the purpose of each pose, and more.
Private group yoga classes offer a special time for friends and family to bond over their love of yoga in a fun atmosphere tailored to your requests! We can stick with Sun & Sol's traditional Vin to Yin style or amp it up to a Power Yoga Class. The options are endless. Prices vary from $75 - $200 depending on the group size.
