Many of your questions can be answered at this appointment, and we encourage you to ask about any of your concerns.
If orthodontic treatment is indicated, we may be able to start treatment the same day. Please ensure all responsible parties attend the consultation to discuss the treatment plan and think about a payment plan that works for your budget.
We will send another email with instructions to setup your patient portal account. If you cannot locate this email, please call us at (843) 800-2505 or reply to this email so we can resend the invite.
Once you have setup your patient portal account, please fill out the new patient questionnaire that includes your health history. You will also be able to use this account to see your appointments and financial ledger.
