Featuring a porch and balcony overlooking historic Spring Street, a secluded patio, plus on-site parking. All just two blocks to King Street and surrounded by Charleston's best fine dining!

3 BR / 3 BA - Located on the ground floor
- 3 King bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom

- Front porch with wicker couch and teak rocking chair
- Laundry room with washer + dryer

Suite B:
3 BR / 2 BA - Located on 2nd and 3rd floors
- Second floor - Entirely outfitted kitchen with stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, stacked washer + dryer. Living room with 4K intelligent TV, game console, and record player. 1 King bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Balcony with teak rocking chairs and wicker loveseat.
- Third floor - Loft with second living room, 4K intelligent TV, desk, and 1 King bed. Bedroom with 2 Queen beds, 4K intelligent TV, desk, and ensuite bathroom.

Suite C:
2 BR / 2 BA - Located on 2nd and 3rd floors
- Ground level - private courtyard patio with wicker seating and teak rocking chairs
- 2nd floor - Fully supplied kitchen with stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, stacked washer + dryer, and dining table. Living room with 4k intelligent TV and game console. 1 King bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
- 3rd floor - Master loft complete with 1 King bed, 4k intelligent TV, reading nook with daybed, desk, and ensuite bathroom.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property - all 3 Suites - and private use of all outdoor spaces.

The Neighborhood:
This home is in the most vibrant and walkable area in Charleston. It is 2 blocks to King Street, where the city's most famed eateries are just a step away. Nightlife begins literally around the corner. Convenient to all tourist attractions. This home is in an extremely safe area.

Getting Around:
Easily walk to the eateries, nightlife, and shopping of Upper King St and the surrounding neighborhoods.

Uber or Lyft around town or to the airport.

DASH is a complimentary shuttle service that accepts riders to discover the peninsula. Two of the routes have stops just around the corner. Visit the DASH for a route map and more information.

Other Things to Note:
This is not an event space. No events or events are allowed on the premises. No unregistered guests allowed.

This home has two Suites which are located on the 2nd and 3rd stories - stairs required.

There are excessive noise monitors on the property - please respect the 11pm city mandated noise curfew.

For security purposes only, there are outdoor cameras that monitor the entrance to each Suite.

Parking is supplied in our private driveway, and in a lot located behind the home. The driveway can fit 2 cars. The parking lot behind the home can fit 1 car (upsized cars cannot fit in the parking lot).

Date Alterations - We will do our best to honor date change requests for your reservation with at least 60 days notice before check-in, subject to availability. We do not alter reservation dates within 60 days of check-in, with the exception of adding available nights onto your current reservation. Any other date change requests within 60 days of check-in will be treated as a cancellation and are subject to our cancellation policy.

Travel Insurance - We highly recommend travel insurance to protect your trip from unforeseen travel disruptions.

  • Protect the property owner (and your things!) by locking the property when you are away, just like you would at home.
  • At departure, complete a walk-through to make sure you didn't forget any personal items. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and look for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever possible. If the manager is not available, take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your group have a terrific stay? Many rental home management companies make it easy for customers to provide reviews. If your rental and/or host was great, they would love to hear it. If anything was amiss and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
