LIVING AREAS

Sleek wood floors, comfortable furnishings, and eclectic decor fill the open spaces of this sprawling ranch-style home. In the main living area, a huge sectional seats six in front of a 72” flat-screen TV. A corner game table offers seating for four.

In the second living area, a queen-size sleeper couch and armchair comfortably seat six. There is also a modest bar area for mixing drinks. Peruse a collection of vintage video, board, and card games as well as DVDs for evening entertainment.

KITCHEN & DINING

Mealtime is a breeze in the enormous kitchen and dining area. Helpful appliances include an electric range, microwave, and dishwasher. The dining room table seats six, and a TV sits on a close by desk with additional seating for one. The washer/dryer is also conveniently located in this area.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This one-level home sleeps up to six guests between two bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper couch in the second living area.

Unwind in a relaxing master suite, complete with a king-size bed and TV. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom has a king-size bed and TV. Adjacent, the guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Savor the fresh air in the cavernous backyard. There’s a table for four, ideal for an afternoon meal.
