Come visit the Chapel Compound right in the heart of Downtown Charleston. This is a joint listing of 3 separate homes! We are a few short blocks from the hustle and bustle of King Street. Close enough to walk, but away from the noise! Ideal for groups traveling for weddings, graduation, or retreats! We would adore to accommodate you! This property features 3 homes on the property. One is a former wedding chapel that has been completely refreshed and converted to a 5-bedroom; 4 ½ bathroom home. This home has many unique architectural features that have been retained during the conversion of the wedding chapel. The living/kitchen area is highlighted by soaring 20-foot ceilings and a striking heart pine floating stairwell with an abundance of natural light. The Chapel Loft retained its original doors, which lead to a street-front patio. The back carriage home duplex features two four-bedroom, four-bathroom suites that provide ample space to accommodate sizable events.
A vacation rental that is able to accommodate a family or group of this size, (3 kitchens, 13 beds and 12.5 baths) is something you won't find anywhere in Downtown Charleston.

Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your event up to $2000.
