Stunning entirely refreshed four bedroom, five and one-half bathroom modern beach home on a manicured one-half acre street to street lot.

On the ground level is a pool, a patio and an open air kitchen plus a newly equipped gym and three garage bays.

On the first level is a roomy great room with a vaulted ceiling living room, dining room plus a completely equipped kitchen. Separate sunny den off the living room. A screened in front porch runs the the entire width of the home wrapping around to the den.

The cavernous master bedroom has a private porch plus separate his and hers bathrooms and dressing areas. There are three additional bedrooms each with its own en suite bathroom. There is a separate laundry room plus ample storage.

A modest second floor has an office plus a comfortable den/TV room.

The property is gorgeously landscaped and is only one block from the 26th Station boardwalk to the beach. The restaurant hub on Sullivan's Island is a short four block walk.

Reservations minimum stay of 30 Days required. Separate Lease with a security deposit of $5000 is required.
