The Space:
Our 4 bedroom/2 ½ bathroom property is divided into 2 side by side units and provides guests with plenty of privacy in the most central location. Each unit emanates that historic Charleston appeal, provides tons of space and privacy, and comes completely equipped to meet all of your vacation needs. Throughout the home you will find brand new appliances, chic light fixtures, comfortable furnishings, and a homelike feel that can’t be matched. With 2 off-street spaces, parking will not be a problem here!

Unit A features…

A Relaxing Front Porch. Sit back, relax, and appreciate the handsome Charleston weather and delicious smells of D’Alessandro’s pizzeria just across the street, while calming on the front porch chairs.

A Cozy Living Space. Upon arrival, guests enter through the 1st floor private entrance into the cozy living room area. The living room/lounge space features a plush grey couch, side table with lamp, a modern style club chair, an oval shaped coffee table atop a multicolored area rug, a huge wooden bench, ceiling fan, and a flat screen TV mounted on the wall above console shelving.

A Entirely-Equipped Kitchen. The kitchen is open to the lounge space and comes entirely-equipped with brand new MayTag appliances including an oven/stovetop, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, and dishwasher. The kitchen features new stone countertops, open shelving with glassware, basic kitchen silverware, and a breakfast bar with 4 barstools beneath. Here you will also find the utility closet housing the stacked washer and dryer.

2 Bedrooms/1 Bathroom. Ascend one flight of stairs to the bedrooms. The 1st bedroom has a rustic design and features a plush full sized bed with a tuft headboard, a bedside table with lamp, sound machine, ceiling fan, bags rack, full-sized mirror, and access to the 2nd floor balcony. The 2nd bedroom features a queen sized bed, bedside table with lamp, a sound machine, suitcases rack, a sizable wall mirror, a closet, a flat screen TV mounted on the wall, ceiling fan, and access to the 2nd floor balcony. In the hallway between the 2 bedroooms is the full bathroom. The bathroom features new stone tile, countertops, fixtures, a huge mirror, and a standup glass shower.

2nd Floor Balcony. Accessed by both bedrooms, the sizable 2nd floor balcony has a pub table with chairs making it ideal for appreciating drinks, people watching, or simply enjoying one another’s company.

Unit B features…
An Outdoor Patio. Just before reaching the private guest entrance is an outdoor patio area equipped with a enormous circular patio table surrounded by 4 chairs. Savor each other’s company over a meal or a beverage while soaking up gorgeous weather.

An Open Living Room. Step through the entryway into the open living room area. This lounge space features a huge black couch, with a side table, a tuft coffee table, another side table with a lamp flanked by two fresh club chairs, and a large flat screen TV mounted on the wall above a console table.

A Totally-Equipped Kitchen. The kitchen is open to the lounge space and comes fully-equipped with brand new MayTag appliances including an oven/stovetop, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher. The kitchen features new stone countertops, glassware, basic kitchen silverware, plenty of cabinet storage, and a granite-topped island surrounded by 4 barstools. Just off the kitchen you will also find the half bathroom and a utility closet housing the stacked washer and dryer.

2 Bedrooms/1 Bathroom. Ascend one flight of stairs to the bedrooms. The 1st bedroom has a bright, modern design and features a plush queen sized bed with a tuft headboard, ceiling fan, a dresser, a closet and a large wall mirror. The 2nd bedroom also features a queen sized bed, dresser with lamp, a full length wall mirror, a large closet, suitcases rack, and a ceiling fan. In the hallway between the 2 bedroooms is the full bathroom. The bathroom features a handsome claw-foot tub with a shower head, new fixtures, and a shelving unit for toiletries.

With its friendly neighbors, cozy eateries, and tree-lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This home is ideal for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary, and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include The Tippling House Wine Bar,The Ordinary, Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Bistronomy, Barsa, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish, Pink Cactus, Chasing Sage, Elliotborough Minibar and the Warehouse for drinks. Our guests and neighbors also rave about Brown's Court Bakery and Sugar Bakery located close by. We recommend going to Babas for a cup of locally-roasted coffee and their delicious cookies and cakes.
