Tastefully decorated, brand new, three-level townhouse (includes very enormous 2 garage) overlooking impressive marsh vistas. Less than 2 miles from Folly Beach. A stone's throw from the famed Bowen's Island, where Kayaking, Paddle Boarding, and Fishing Tours are offered. Harris Teeter Grocery e is 1/4 mile away. 20 mins. to historic downtown Charleston. Our home is open to all people regardless of identity.
The space
Use the keypad to access your private parking in the two-car garage. Walk up the stairs to the common area which includes Chef's kitchen (well supplied with dishes, cooking silverware, pots/pans, coffee pots, toaster, air fryer/indoor grille, and dishwasher). Immediately to your right is the sizable living area with 55 inch flat-screen TV, library alcove (many books, puzzles, and board games for your enjoyment), ceiling fans, and a desk. Veranda with striking marsh view (includes outside furnishings- rocking chairs and outdoor table and chairs) Roomy dining area with adjacent desk space and powder room. Proceeding to the third level which includes washer and dryer, Master bedroom en-suite with King size bed and balcony overlooking the marsh. The second bedroom has a king-size bed with huge closet space and 3rd bedroom has a double bed and single trundle. 2nd bathroom also has a double vanity. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. Linens and bath towels are included. Intelligent Televisions in all bedrooms, WiFi, 2 inflatable kayaks, 2 beach cruiser bicycles, many beach chairs, body boards, umbrellas, and such!
