Let's Talk Amenities

What home features is the group looking for? Is a screened porch a requirement? Will the unit need to be beachfront, downtown, or close to shopping? Are extras like beach chairs, grills, beach umbrellas, carts or coolers available and included in your rental home charge? Gather a list of prioritized "needs and wants" from your company to help filter your search to the most suitable home.
