With an open floor plan, fast access to the community pools, boardwalk, and beach. This home is great for families! This unit is a 1 min. walk to the beach, tennis, golf, pools, and dining! Includes 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Can comfortably sleep 8-10. Kitchen, dining and living areas on the first floor give the ideal accommodations for your family or group, as well as access to 2 enormous porches (1 screened in with ceiling fan).


Bedroom 1: Downstairs; Queen Murphy bed ; TV, bath (sizable shower). Also, stack-able washer and dryer

Bedroom 2: Upstairs; Bunk bed w/ twin bed, full sized bed and twin sized trundle bed. Full bath and TV

Bedroom 3: Upstairs; King bed with private shower, TV

Bedroom 4: Upstairs; Master bedroom King bed and sizable Master bathroom, Direct access to private porch, TV.

Extras include complimentary toiletries, towels, linens and hairdryer.

An additional feature is a wine/libation refrigerator. Ideal for additional drinks!

This home comes with complimentary access to the Grandiose Pavilion pools over looking the Atlantic sea, the Swim Center that includes a heated pool seasonally, the Exercise Center (daily costs may apply), access to the Palm Cove Pool and the Tennis Center. Only select units have access to these niceties.
Ping pong table and beach toys are located in garage.
