From wood floors to the impressive decor, no detail has been overlooked. It includes cathedral ceilings and photos windows throughout offer the ultimate sea vistas. The first floor is home to the kitchen, living room, dining room, powder room, laundry room, and a primary suite.
The kitchen comes complete with a breakfast bar with seating, side-by-side refrigerator, double ovens, microwave, electric cooktop, and dishwasher. It opens to the dining room which includes a table for 8 plus ridiculous sea vistas. The living room includes a cathedral ceiling with floor to ceiling windows. What a view! The living room has new, calming furnishings. An entertainment system includes a TV/Blu Ray DVD and audio system. There is a half bath located off the entryway. The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer.
The primary suite includes a King bed, sea vistas, TV, and private access to the sea-facing porch. The private primary bath has been completely modernized and includes a sizable, tiled shower with a handheld showerhead, new double vanities, and tile floors!
The second floor consists of 2 guest bedrooms separated by an open walkway overlooking the living room and sea beyond.
