This four bedroom, three bath home is just a brief walk from the beach! Guests adore many niceties like a fenced back yard, private pool which can be heated for a fee for the months of April through October (call for details), screened back porch, third floor sundeck with vistas of the Hamlin Creek. The home includes an open floor plan and wood floors. Guests are within walking distance of the famed Boat House restaurant and an exemplary fishing beach at Breech Inlet
The first floor has the main living areas. The living includes such details as wood floors and a vaulted ceiling. The living room also has a bigger flat screen TV with DVD player and surround sound and opens onto the screened porch. The extravagant kitchen has stainless steel appliances. The dining area has seating for eight.
The first bedroom on the first floor is supplied with a 'Intelligent' flat screen TV, and two additional-long twins (can be converted to a king bed for a fee). A second bedroom on the first floor has a king bed, a flat screen TV with DVD, and a semiprivate bath. The remaining bedrooms are on the second floor. The third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds, a TV with VCR, and a private bath. The fourth bedroom has a king, a flat screen TV with DVD, and a private bath. The master bathroom has a double vanity sink, garden tub and a separate shower.
Please note: This home is located in a peaceful, residential area on the island, and is most first-rate suited for family stays. No home events are allowed. Strict noise ordinances will be enforced.
