You'll be welcomed by our family-neighborly, 3,000 square foot non-smoking, elegantly adorned, fresh-beach home with enchanting natural light, new furnishings, top brand appliances, new carpet and pretty outdoor patios and screened porch. You're a brief walk or golf cart ride to the Owner's Beach, Wild Dunes pools, and there are bicycles for touring Wild Dunes! The Sports Card gives you access to Wild Dunes pools.
The home has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and has been freshly redone including new dining room set, new King master bed, new carpeting, and a generous yard with pretty landscaping including a gas fire pit. The main floor has a sizable open floor plan adjoining the kitchen, living room, den and dining areas. The master bedroom has a patio and handsome en suite master bath with double sinks and a generous walk-in shower. Appreciate the gorgeous bistro outdoor space with Cambio Roasters coffee (in Butler's pantry), the screened-in patio for evening inviting, and the upstairs patio with plenty of calming room to savor the sun. There are four flat screen TVs with cable all over the home. The main living area has a enormous 65" flat screen TV for marvelous screen quality. Master bedroom has a king bed, two bedrooms have refined queen beds and the fourth is a smaller room with a twin bed. Two sizable sectionals can be used for additional sleeping space (over 7 people) if needed. (Additional charges apply for over 7 people.) There is a washer and dryer in laundry room.

Families adore the alluring wild oaks in our yard, and especially the "photo op" tree with a constructed in "seat!"
Adore preparing on the gas grille in the modren kitchen, smoothies in the blender, wifi, four TVs, air conditioning, and ceiling fans in every room. We give new towels and linens, a kitchen well outfitted for preparing, and everything you need to get your stay off to a great start! (There are two modest markets within a mile and a grocery store about 3 miles by car.)
This home is a 10 min. walk to the private beach or pools. You'll have two bicycles for casual strolls around the Resort. Be sure to relish the pretty scenery, wildlife, Sportscard with access to five pools, 8 miles of private beach, numerous Wild Dunes eateries, fishing, a "must see" marina market, a marina for water sport units and tours, and Morgan Creek restaurant with live music and outdoor, family-amiable casual dining and outdoor games.
