This completely remodeled 4 bedroom 2 and 1 half bath home is only 175 yards from the beach. Well-decorated beach home with tons of grace, two Separate living areas plus a generous screened porch. An extraordinary back yard getaway with new pool and hot tub await you! Pool can be heated for additional fee. Animals are allowed limit 1 pet per reservation. Additional non returnable fee of $150 plus tax per reservation up to 7 nighttime stay.

The first floor includes: enormous living area with 50 inch TV and blue ray player. Dining area with seating for 8. Well supplied kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances. Separate den with sizable flat screen TV a peaceful couch and adjoins the screened porch. Three bedrooms including Queen Bed, Full/Full bunk system and twin twin bedroom. There is a full bath on main floor plus a half bath off the den. Lots of space in the open living areas. Sleeper Couch located in the first floor den.

The second floor includes: Extensive master suite has a king size bed with vaulted ceilings and separate seating area. An striking loft adjoins the master suite with vaulted ceilings, wood floors, couch and seating area and opens onto the second floor covered outdoor space.

This home has an exceptional saltwater pool and hot tub with plenty of outdoor space space to savor those summer nights. The pool may be heated for an additional fee. The beach access is approx. 175 yards from the beach. Downtown Charleston is only 20 mins.' drive away and mins. from great shopping and dining.

Linens are supplied with sheets, towels and wash clothes. A starters set of paper products, washing detergent and dish washing soap are included. Wireless internet is available on the unit. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. We cannot give support for guest's personal computer systems. Note: This home is rented on a Saturday to Saturday basis during the Summer months.
