About this Property

This handsome home located just 1 block from Charleston's well known King Street is ideal for your next group gathering. The home has been converted into 4 individual apartments, accepting for privacy while keeping everybody together. Unit A is a studio with a queen size bed, flat screen TV, appreciation center and private bath with stand up shower. The comfort center has a mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishware, silverware and drink-ware. Unit B is the biggest unit. Upon entering the apartment you will find the thoroughly supplied kitchen with full size refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and all of your basic dishware, cookware and silverware. The living room has a enormous flat screen TV, modest diving table, copious seating and sleeper couch. There is also a private bedroom with queen size bed and flat screen TV. The full bath is located off of the living room. Upstairs you will find unit C and D. Unit C is a studio with queen size bed, flat screen TV, appreciation center and private bath. Unit D is a one bedroom with kitchenette. The living room has a sleeper couch and a dining table for two. In the kitchenette, there is a full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and hot plate. The bedroom has a queen size bed and a flat screen TV. The entrance to the full bath is in the bedroom. With each room in the home having it's own entrance, multiple groups can rent, a couple of mid size groups or one sizable group can rent the whole home. Please note that this home has one thermostat and it is located at the top of the stairs.

All of the new furnishings are superb yet functional and the bed is very inviting. There is a flat screen TVs with cable and access to wireless internet supplied. Each bedroom has a sound machine to help block out any regular city noise. We give extravagant linens and towels for your stay.

The location of this home cannot be beat. Located just one block from all of the most great dining and nightlife Charleston has to offer, you can be in the action within mins.. During the day, King Street is where all of Charleston's whimsical boutique stores can be found and at nighttime, it is the destination for all of the most exemplary eats! The home has a gorgeous courtyard with benches, ideal for people watching while relishing coffee or just peaceful. The home includes original wood floors, high end furnishings and a cool and appealing color scheme.

2 parking spaces are supplied in the driveway when you rent the whole home. Additional parking is available in a privately owned lot less than a block up the street for an additional $10/nighttime. These spaces are available on a first come, first serve basis. Please contact us as soon as you rent if you need parking to reserve your space.
