Welcome to 3 Little Mermaids! This classic Folly Beach, oceanfront side-by-side duplex, is right near the Washout, on pretty Folly Beach. Wake up to sea vistas from 3 of the 4 bedrooms, and have coffee on the huge oceanfront outdoor space while watching Folly's famed sunrises. The open floor plan on the 2nd level accepts for more open sea vistas through the sizable windows lining the beach side of the home, and flowing conversation through the living area, dining area, and kitchen. Direct beach access from the unit leads down into tons of sand, swimming, and sun!
As you enter the unit, you will find one full bathroom (inclusive of washing machine & dryer) off of the hallway, near all 4 bedrooms. Each of the bedrooms has one Queen size bed. Three of these bedrooms have sea vistas and you'll be lulled to sleep listening to the waves.
Head up the staircase to the second level of this side-by-side duplex. The cavernous open area greets you with spectacular sea vistas, the living area, dining area, kitchen, and access to the street side outdoor space. You'll never be separated from the fun in this space! Chill on the generous couches to watch the game or sit by the window with a good rent in the naturally well-lit sitting area. Cook in the cozy, freshly modernized kitchen while watching the waves and dolphins. Then, comfortably transfer to the sizable dining table, where everybody can savor meals together with additional seating around the bar. The second full bathroom is conveniently accessible, around the corner from the kitchen.
Some beach chairs are included for your comfort to lighten your car load for the trip. There are parking spaces labeled for 2 cars on the street side of the unit. This home is non-smoking and Not pet-welcoming. Unit B of this duplex is occupied by yearly residents.
