About this Property

Due to COVID 19, the pools available through the sportscard are reservation only. Pool access is limited per the HOA and resort.

Welcome to 26 Hidden Green, a 4 bedroom and 3.5 bath bespoke holiday home, located on a peaceful cul-de-sac that overlooks the 6th Green of the Links Golf Course in Wild Dunes. This open, airy floor plan includes, on the first floor, a study with constructed-ins and a daybed with a trundle, which overlooks a lush front yard, and is directly across from the powder room. The entryway space flows into the huge living room, with plenty of leisure seating and a sizable mounted flat screen TV above the fireplace. Adjacent to the living area, is a dining area that overlooks the golf course and a sizable kitchen with a breakfast alcove, which is also connected to the sizable screened porch with an open outdoor space for grilling. A huge laundry room with tons of storage is just off the kitchen. Additionally, off the living room is a monumental master suite with wood floors, a walk-in closet and master bath with a separate shower, soaking tub, tile floors and dual vanities.
On the second floor, you will find three bedrooms, one with a king size bed and private bath with tons of storage. The middle bedroom is set up with two twin beds and shares the full bath with the last king bedroom, which also includes a generous sitting area and a second walk-in closet.
The home offers the Wild Dunes Sports Card for 2019 which accepts access to select Wild Dunes Resort activities and luxuries. There is also copious parking or four cars.

INTERNET
High speed wireless internet is included as a comfort only and is notintegral to the agreement. No refund of units shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal references with regard to Internet service

Weekly stays are mandatory from Memorial Day to Labor Day on a Saturday to Saturday basis. Major holidays also require a weekly stay. A three nighttime minimum stay is mandatory for all other seasons. Family Animals are not allowed at this unit and the home is stringently Non-Smoking. (MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT NO EXCEPTIONS).
