Need A Break? Head to The Beach! This adorable, well-supplied, Wild Dunes Beach Villa sits just a block to the beach. It's located 20 mins. outdoor of historic Charleston, in the exclusive island Golf community of Wild Dunes on Isle Of Palms.

At this Racquet Club Villa, you will be centrally located to savor all of the world class niceties of the Wild Dunes resort. This Villa has a coveted, premier location within Wild Dunes, directly across from the resort's main Golf, Swim, Tennis, and Playground areas. It's just a half block to the Enormous Pavilion Boardwalk area and a brief walk to the beach. The beach access path is to the left of the tennis courts that are located directly in front of the Villa.

When you enter this alluring home, you will instantly feel 'right at home' with the calming, 'Lowcountry' Lagoon water vistas. You'll have an cavernous, simple-flowing floor plan, ideal for peaceful and entertaining friends and family. This Villa is one of the biggest in Wild Dunes and is very open and roomy, with plenty of room for everybody to spread out agreeably. The Great Room, Dining Room and Kitchen all share this open, smooth-flowing space.

The Great Room sports a 50", flat screen, streaming-enabled Roku HDTV and a 'palm frond' Ceiling fan. All of the couches and the club chair in this main Living Room are high-end leather, super-comfortable and 'nap-friendly'! The Great Room flows into the Dining Room (seats 6), plus there are 2 seats at the Kid-Friendly, Kitchen Bar. There is also a 'Pottery Barn' Game Table w/ 4 chairs, and plenty of games, puzzles and books to keep everybody joyful!

The roomy Kitchen has been completely refreshed with Stainless Steel Appliances, Granite Counter tops w/ a Raised, Eat-In Bar and Ceramic Tile Back Splash. This Kitchen is EXTREMELY well outfitted, w/ all of the silverware, appliances, and entertaining pieces you could ask for, including 2 coffee makers, a Keurig, Crock Pot, power blender, serving / baking essentials- what WE would want in a "home away from home". All of the serving pieces compliment the decor of this darling Villa, so you can invite friends and family over and entertain with ease.

This is a very appealing, laid back, well-supplied, 'family-friendly, simple entertaining, friends-having-a-great-time' beach home that is restfully furbished with all of the essentials of home.

The porches in this superb Villa are everywhere! There is a Screened Porch with a Ceiling Fan and a enormous, round dining table with 7 chairs right off the Great Room & Dining Room, that's ideal for 'Al-fresco' dining or playing cards with family and friends, and another outdoor space off the main living area. Both of the porches have a 'Lowcountry', water view and overlook the calming Lagoon. There's also a outdoor space overlooking the Lagoon off the Master Bedroom and another outdoor space off the Mid Level (2nd floor) / Dual Master Bedroom that overlooks the tennis courts. There's plenty of seating on all porches to offer calming, 'chilling out' spaces for everybody.

This Professionally Decorated, 3 level Villa has 3 Bedrooms (each with its own, private, Full Bath) and sleeps 8. One, Dual Master Bedroom is located just five steps up to the 'mid-level' and has a Queen sized bed with Comfort, 'Hotel-Quality' sheets and pillows and a super soft 'pillow-soft' bed cover (we actually sleep better in these beds than the ones we have at home)! This Dual Master Bedroom has a newly Upgraded Bath with an Over-sized, Pebble-Floor Shower and its own outdoor space that overlooks the tennis courts.

The second Master Bedroom is HUGE, and it's located at the rear of the Villa on the top floor, away from the hub-bub of the main living area. This Master Bedroom sports a a King sized with those same 'Hotel-Quality' Bamboo Sheets, pillows and 'pillow-soft' bed covers, a Twin + Twin Trundle bed, a Private Bath with 2 sinks, a Jacuzzi tub, a Reading Nook with a inviting Loveseat, and its own, Private Deck that overlooks the peaceful, calming Lagoon.

The 3rd Bedroom is located on the top level, as well, and has 2 twin beds with those same comfortable sheets and pillows, and a Full Bath with a tub (and shower wand!) for the children.

All beds have extravagance, 600 count cotton sateen sheets w/ thick, pillow-soft bed covers added for max., "Hotel-Quality" appreciation. All BR's have new, 32", flat-screen, Cable / Roku TV's (the Great Room has a 50" Roku TV and the Master BR has a 40" TV). All BR's have Ceiling Fans.

The entire main floor is very open and enormous. The living room, dining room and kitchen all share this open, flowing space and there's a high top table for working at home with EXTREME, 600 GB, extreme & secure Internet.

This Villa is just steps to Woody's Restaurant, which offers breakfast all day, lunch and Happy Hour (they have a bar with beer, wine and limited liquor for Bloody Mary's, etc.).

WE PAY FOR AND PROVIDE A SPORTS CARD, which accepts our Holiday Guests to use all of the comforts of Wild Dunes (Golf, Tennis, Swimming Pools, the 7 on-site Eateries, Bicycle Units, the Spa and Exercise center, The Boardwalk Pavilion and much more).

POOL ACCESS:

The Swim Center Pool is just steps from the Villa and is Heated Year-Round. It has Lap Lanes and it opens at 10:00 am..

The Pavilion Pools at The Boardwalk Inn are available after 4:00 pm with Table Service and a Burger Bar.

AREA INFORMATION: You'll be a brief drive from striking area eateries, art galleries, and all of the Charleston area attractions- like the Battery, Fort Moultrie, and the SC Aquarium! Check out the secrets of the Hunley, tour the old time cotton plantations, walk through the open air piazza’s in the garden district, visit the myriads of one-of-a kind, eclectic area stores, or walk through the open-air flea markets at Meeting and Market streets! Or, if you want to easily relax and get away from it all, just pull your beach chair onto the peaceful, sugar-sand beach and feel your cares drift away!

Wild Dunes is close to great eateries and funky stores here on the island, and it's only a 20 min. drive into Charleston and 10 mins. to close by Sullivan's Island.

Isle of Palms has a GREAT, wide beach, with tons of white, sugar-spun sand and shelling (look for sand dollars, tulip shells, horseshoe crabs and the occasional starfish and conch shells). Many people para-sail or windsurf here also. This is a very acclaimed home with many renters returning year after year, some for months at a time. Isle of Palms, close by Sullivan's Island and Charleston all have STELLAR eateries (we can make recommendations!), tons of super shopping, a state-of-the-art Aquarium, and many museums and neat stores. Appreciate re-discovering history by strolling along the Charleston Battery, take a horse driven carriage ride and learn all about the area's history, visit the raised Hunley submarine, or discover Fort Moultrie... the choices are countless!

On Isle of Palms, you will have an uncrowded, peaceful place to relax- and when you are ready to 'kick up your heels', you can drive into Charleston and get as busy as you'd like! There are tons of great seafood and steak eateries, and a few very stellar oyster, steak and fish and sushi places. Here, you'll have the most first-rate of both worlds- tranquility when you very need it, a close by pool for the children when you don't feel like going to the beach, eateries just steps away, and all of the advantages of a big, generous city for some fun and excitement when you are done with the laid back 'R&R' feel of Isle of Palms.

We try to think of every little thing that would make our visitors feel right at home. We care deeply about your having an amazing time here, like we do with our own friends and family. We have tried to stock the home with the things we would want on our own family holiday- board games, books, cards, a pleasantly supplied kitchen, TV's and DVD's, inviting furnishings (and SUPER comfortable beds), additional blankets and pillows, and all of the creature amenities of 'a home away from home'. We partner with a local unit management company just in case y'all need anything during your stay. All rental costs include cleaning at the end of your stay and linens (towels and sheets for the bed). Please pack your own beach towels and toiletries. We give an initial supply of paper products and laundry / dishwasher detergent, but you may need to buy additional supplies during your stay.
