Looking out through the palm fronds by this condo, you will catch a glimpse of the waves just a block away. This roomy 1br/1ba second floor "split level" condo has a full kitchen and accommodates 4. There is a king bed in the bedroom and queen couch-bed in the living area making this a ideal spot for modest families. The bathroom has been modernized with tile, glass, and stone.
There is a uniqueness to this floor plan because of the stairs going up to the master and the kitchen area. This separation of spaces makes it feel bigger than it is and accounts for the feeling of privacy in the bedroom area. The reason for the steps goes back to the history of the buildings...it's a great story! Ask us about it.
A modest dining table is ideal for breakfast but chances are you'll want to savor dinner out at one of our amazing local eateries.
