Located in the heart of Isle of Palms, this cute condo is ideally positioned to savor daily and faces east toward the sunrise and the sea. You're just steps from the beach and a brief walk to the island’s most exemplary eateries, stores, and parks. This condominium complex claims the only pier on the Front Beach strand at Isle of Palms and is gated and private for your fishing or leisure appreciation. *This unit has a full appliance package,20' range/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, granite countertops, under-mount sink, and pull out faucet. The remarkable condo, furbished with a beach cabin palm tree flair is true to its name 'SUMMER SONG' as the wind seems to sing songs on the waves all through the hours, and is located on the second floor of the center-right 'C' building, at the end near the beach, where your bedroom shares no neighboring wall or noise except the stairwell but this is generally peaceful in the evening hours. The balcony is approx 5' x 13' facing the oceanfront, pool, and pier. It affords an unobstructed expansive view of the sea, as we are in the right bldg facing the pool, pier, and sea. This view is also shared or available from the living room and kitchen. The sunset is very alluring over the entrance / back door area which also has a direct shorefront view out beyond the building of most other condominiums and homes in the area and toward Sullivan's Island and Breach Inlet. We try to keep a few beach chairs & mats as we can and some beach toys for visitors to use. I also have info for service that will set you up with wood and canvas loungers and umbrellas each morning.
PRIVACY! This condo also offers individual privacy. The hallway with constructed-in bunk beds (children appreciate them) closes off to become a private room for smaller visitors with a nighttime light and air/white noise machine available. The adults can then go back and forth from the balcony/LR/kitchen or to BR through the bathroom door without waking the children. The sleeper couch adds additional sleeping as needed.
We are just one block from the shorefront bars and eateries. Coda Del Pesce, Papi's Taqueria, Binky's Oceanside Oyster, and Liquor Bar. Close by Sea Biscuit, Acme Cantina, and Long Island Cafe. The world-famed Windjammer beach bar offers up nightly entertainment (Great Bands like Hootie and the BLOWFISH) have played there. Appreciate the Island Life, you can go swimming, body surfing, play volleyball, dine at oceanfront eateries, bicycle the beaches, jog, cruise the coastal waterway, sail, surf, windsurf, take in some live music, shop the stores.
