About this Property

Early summer sale. Rent for 6 nights and get the 7th nighttime complimentary.
Recently renovated with hard wood floors through out the 2 bedroom 2 bath Condo just 1 mile from Folly Beach and 15 mins. from downtown Charleston. It is great for 2 couples, each having their own private bathroom, or for a family. This second floor condo will sleep 5 or 6 pleasantly with a queen size bed, two twin beds and a full size pull out couch. The kitchen is modest but well supplied and very straighforward to tidy up. There are also two designated covered parking spaces, washer and dryer, beach chairs and towels, Wi-Fi and cable TV. The balcony offer vistas overlooking the marsh and spectacular sunsets and are a great place to end the day and wind down.

The beach, the pier, and Center Street's eateries and stores are just an painless bicycle ride or a nice walk away. Downtown Charleston, with its historic architecture, carriage rides, museums, and fine dining is less than 15 mins. away as well.

We have a no-smoking and a no-pet policy and rent by the week in the summer. Please contact the owner if you are interested in a shorter or longer term rental.
