This comfortable 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo is a hidden gem located in the Little Oak Island Community! Our condo features a sitting/dining area with a queen sleeper couch, wood fireplace and a completely appointed kitchen complete with pots, pans, dishes, glassware, silverware and a Keurig coffee maker. The bedroom includes a queen bed with vistas of the lagoon. Substantial screened-in balcony overlooking the marsh and lagoon with additional space on the outdoor balcony.

The space
When staying at our condo you will have full access to both amenities at Little Oak Island and Mariners Cay which include two swimming pools, tennis courts, BBQ areas and marina!

Little Oak Island is a very secluded and private community, making it the ideal place to sit back and relax while appreciating the natural wildlife that surrounds you!

Folly beach is a 15 min. walk or a 5 min. drive. There are bicycle lanes and sidewalks on both sides of the bridge. Downtown Charleston is a 20 min. drive.
