Brand new beds, linens, appliances and intelligent tv’s with xfinity cable. Roomy open floor plan all on one level. A huge heated and cooled sunroom spans the entire length of the home with 2 additional seating areas and a enormous tv. There is a grilling/sundeck with a new propane gas grille and dining area. It's a ideal place for dinner, an afternoon libation or to watch the children swimming in the pool. The shaded front porch with 4 rockers is ideal for savoring morning coffee while reading your favorite rent.

The delightfully landscaped backyard includes a brand new salt water pool with travertine decking, 2 dining tables, and copious inviting and sun chairs. Heating the pool is an option for an additional charge. There’s a covered entertaining area with a new swing bed, sitting area with a wet bar, outdoor refrigerator and an additional tv under the elevated home as well as a private hot/cold shower. There’s a Ping pong table, corn hole and multiple board games that can be played underneath the home for fun and especially if you get a rainy day. There are bicycles, beach chairs, body boards, beach towels and coolers for your appreciation with a beach cart that makes it a wind to head to the beach.
