High-end completely refreshed, marshfront bungalow with sizable, private backyard, sunfilled deck, and shady patio in downtown Charleston - in the center of it all and 15 mins from the beach! Bright & handsome with Thermador appliances, fireplace, and three bedrooms which includes an office set-up. Located in charming Wagener Terrace neighborhood, you’ll appreciate space and privacy while also being close to Charleston’s best eateries, King Street, Hampton Park, and sunset view on the Ashley River.

The space
This nearly 2000 sq. ft bungalow features an broad, pretty kitchen which is open to the living and dining areas. There are two bedrooms downstairs - one that includes an office set-up - with hallway access to a full-bathroom (tub and shower). Upstairs is dormered and partially lofted with another bedroom, nook, full bath (tub and shower), and a additional den with a fold out couch. The home gets great natural light and is filled with colorful, happy art.

In addition to the bright and striking interior, you can savor outdoor dining and calming, two hammocks by the marsh, a cast iron fire pit, Weber grille, and access to a golf cart! The property’s long driveway accommodates two+ cars and parking is also available on the street.

The entire home, driveway, and roomy private yard are completely yours with the exception of two locked closets, some cabinets, and the backyard shed.

In addition to 100% access to the closet space in all three bedrooms, there is an additional linen closet in the downstairs hallway.

The nook upstairs is a multi-purpose space that can be used for storage if needed.
