This alluring 2550 sq. ft. home, thoroughly modernized in 2013, includes a total of 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms, two of which are en-suite.

Through the front door you enter into a sizable living area with vaulted ceilings and light pouring in from the copious windows and French doors. The living room is open to the kitchen and dining area to create an ideal central gathering area. The kitchen includes a massive stone island with gas range, prep sink, counter seating and a pantry outfitted with niceties. The adjoining dining area includes a enormous table with seating for 8. The living area also agreeably seats 8 with a 60-inch HD T.V. with cable tv central for viewing.

The back doors of the living space open up to a saltwater pool surrounded by a huge outdoor space area ideal for sunbathing, barbecuing and dining al fresco. There is also direct access to the pool outdoor space from the master suite.

A 6-seat golf cart is supplied for our visitors use - the most fun way to get around town! Beach towels and chairs are included as well as other basic comforts.
