Recently renovated and stripped down to the studs in Fall 2018, the home was a 100% modernization. We sought to create a modern, referbished, delightful space while preserving the unique includes of a historic Charleston home. Each guest suite is located in opposite corners of the home (two bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs) with each including its own ensuite, full bathroom. This provides max. privacy for all visitors. Bliss linens, memory foam beds, and independently-controlled HVA/C in each room. Two bedroom suites have king beds and two bedroom suites have queen beds. There is bountiful parking for 3-5 cars in the attached driveway.

The restoration supplied preserving and refinishing eight fireplaces (NON-WORKING) which are showcased all through the home. The huge, upstairs living area includes exposed wooden beams original to the home and vaulted ceilings. This space opens directly onto a 65' porch with outdoor seating.

The thoroughly-supplied kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, French door refrigerator with ice maker, glass-top range, full-sized oven, dishwasher and event service for twelve. The designer dining room has an oyster shell chandelier with seating for eight.
DOGS: You MUST inquire PRIOR to renting. Only one, modest, non-shedding dog allowed. Pet fee of $100 is mandatory. You are mandatory to send veterinary proof of current vaccinations and flea/heartworm medicine at least two weeks prior to arrival.
