The designer dining room has an oyster shell chandelier and exposed corner fireplace with seating for eight. The fireplace is one of EIGHT, restored fireplaces (NON-WORKING) that are showcased everywhere the home. The 15' x 35' foot upstairs den with exposed old beamed ceilings opens directly onto the 65' porch. The home delights giant flat screen TV's and high speed internet. The fireplaces are original to this 1840s home and were charmingly restored by hand. All fireplaces are NON-working - a $5,000 fine will charged for any attempt to start a fire in addition to charges for any damages.
